The Men’s
Association was formed in 1964 by a group of club members for the
purpose of promoting golf and providing both club members and green
fee players a team competition activity. At that time, the
Association organized what is known as the Twilight League. The
league consists of 4 player teams sponsored by businesses and played
Monday and Tuesday evening from May thru August. It is a non-profit
organization and raises funds for golf course projects and
improvements. The Association has provided monies for the purchase of
equipment, furniture, Junior Golf activities, trees and shrubs and
contributed substantially to the construction of the pavilion.
